PS is a pattern profiling search technology in which patterns, traits, markers, clusters and features of the information landscape are mapped. Conversion and collating features in SoftPaperScape and SpeakScape can be employed to transform physical assets (writings, decisions, reports, and consultations) into searchable documents. These resulting digital assets are useful for building or adding to knowledge and information repositories. Both systems transform scanned documents or voice recordings into searchable repositories. Large documents are broken into searchable parts while long recordings are split into snippets for efficient review. All this is done automatically by SPKS and SPS. The web portal can be configured for distributed internet IP scanners (or wav) for uploading documents. The system will automatically assign folders and user identifiers for the uploaded content, and index the assets for search.
