Wireless recorded notes: A simple to user solution for extra care facilities. The user simply records observations, physical examinations and soap notes on their wireless hand held PDA and the notes are saved into the correct folders based on content profiling. In order to acquire all this information and build a central repository of diagnostic data, CrawlScape can be used to crawl each system and information repository in a distributed network and create an index of all known information events. CrawlScape can operate across diverse networks, systems, folders, and information (document and data) types to create multiple specific purpose clinical indexes. The system is also useful in normal day-to-day operation for patient and information search simplicity, as mentioned below.

An Intranet deployment utility and visualization portal
ScapeShape is an Intranet file sharing utility with a visualization framework for deploying browser-based web and Intranet sites. It is a multi-zone portal for:

Paper and voice conversion and knowledge base inclusion
Conversion and collating features of SoftPaperScape and SpeakScape can be employed to transform physical assets (paper based reports, references, voice recorded reports, recorded observations, discussions and consults) into searchable transcribed documents. These resulting assets are useful for building or adding to knowledge and information repositories. Both systems transform scanned documents or voice recordings into searchable assets for use in ScapeShape. Large documents are broken into searchable parts while long recordings are split into snippets for efficient review. All this is done automatically by SPKS and SPS.
