EMR made easy
A simple solution for clinics and hospitals and extra care facilities. The user simply records observations, physical examinations and soap notes on their wireless PDA. The resulting voice- notes are automatically saved, converted to text and stored in the correct folders based on content profiling-automatically. Physician records, patient notes and treatments are uploaded, converted, collated and saved, automatically, by speaking into the mobile PC (PDA) and pressing a save button. This is a simple to use, non-invasive and low involvement electronic record keeping system for the professional. Pattern Profiling search on recorded notes transforms these intelligence assets into treatment, disease and symptom mapped records. Knowledge engine and concept processor based SOAP notes can be achieved with pattern profiling and mapping of existing clinical records, automatically. The system can be used to examine assessments, observations, clinical impressions, lab reports, instructions, knowledge repositories, web based information repositories and archived paper records to acquire pattern relating co-existing results. An EMR system and the paperless record world can be merged into a knowledge and clinical information repository, which is searchable across massive quantities of records. Long-term storage can replace the need for pull-and-store expensive archive and storage systems.

PatternScape trait and symptom mapping technology helps the user search variants of inter-related intelligence. Powers of variants and relative distribution metrics of symptoms, conditions and history can be reviewed through the ClusterView presentation of the search system.

Similarities and differences are presented as clusters in ClusterView, thereby helping the user to track and find inter-relating symptoms and conditions. Symtomatology mapping is possible as the system can map symptoms in a statistical distribution by disease so that variants and occurrence can be analyzed for closeness and differentiation. To create multiple searchable indexes, the user is provided with an automated and flexible crawl manager. CrawlScape can operate across multiple patient and physician folders, data resources, digital reference materials, libraries, multiple medical and information sources and external insurance and government intelligence systems. Thus, accurate profile and pattern mapping of data sources and knowledge repositories across many disperse clinic, institutional and reference databases is possible for finding related diagnosis for symptoms, disease variants and treatment differentiations and related regulations and authorizations. Concept engines and knowledge engines can be indexed to identify and analyze differential assessments and their homogeneous (uniform) and contrasting indicators and markers. As an extreme illustration, HBV variants and mutants at the microbiological level can be examined for symptom objectives.

Crawling, indexing, and transforming cross platform information into searchable assets

Paper and voice conversion and knowledge base inclusion
Conversion and collating features of SoftPaperScape and SpeakScape can be employed for transforming patient records, reports, paper assets, references, recorded observations, Soap notes, physical exams and consults into searchable transcribed documents. The resulting assets are useful for building knowledge and information repositories of EMR and EHR medical records systems.

These conversion systems transform scanned and recorded documents (automatically) into searchable assets. Large documents are segmented into searchable parts while long recordings are split into snippets for efficient review. All this is done automatically by SPKS and SPS.
